Reservation

 

We gladly receive your reservation by telephone, fax, mail, e-mail or on our homepage.

Every reservation needs to be guaranteed by a credit card number or a deposit. In case of a lacking guarantee we reserve the right to give away the room at arrival day.

 

Cancellation policy

 

Unless otherwise agreed a cancellation free of charge is possible until 6pm on the previous day of arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-show we charge the amount for the first night of the reservation. Reservations via HRS, hotel.de, booking.com, Venere and myfidelio.net and other individual agreements in written form are excluded from the cancellation terms stated above. In this case the cancellation terms apply as stated at the particular reservation service.

 

Arrangement of external services

When booking external services such as airport transfers, WienCard or sightseeing tours, the hotel acts as a broker only. We assume no liability for changes and cancellations on the part of the service provider. Service provider’s cancellation terms and conditions apply to external services.
